As part of the monthly HOA fee, the association takes care of your lawn, snow removal, landscaping, and roof and exterior maintenance. Cranmoor amenities include a community building, community swimming pool and tennis court.
Evergreen Village in Peters Township

Evergreen Village is another gem located in Peters Township and its patio homes are newer than Cranmoor. This community offers single-level living, as the master bedroom and laundry room are both located on the first floor. 231 Village Green Drive is a great example of the layout of a patio home in Evergreen Village. It offers a spacious eat-in kitchen, family room with vaulted ceilings, and a first-floor master bedroom suite. It was professionally decorated and shows like a model home.
Hickory on the Green in South Fayette Township
Location: West Allegheny County

Hickory on the Green offers both townhomes and patio homes, but the patio homes are 1.5 stories with 2-3 bedrooms, spacious open floor plans, and vaulted ceilings. This community is sought-after because it overlooks the Hickory Heights Golf Course and is on the I 79 corridor.
King’s School Village in Bethel Park

Steeplechase in Whitehall Borough

Just a few miles from Downtown Pittsburgh, the Steeplechase community is convenient to Rt. 88 and Rt. 51 and the “T” for an easy commute.
